Dr. Tad Baum is a board-certified ophthalmologist in Leominster, MA. He has been in private practice since 1998 and in the Leominster location since 2004. As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, he treats a variety of eye diseases including macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts. He is recognized by his patients and peers as an outstanding cataract surgeon. He also provides eye glasses prescriptions and wellness exams. Dr. Baum treats patients in a professional and compassionate manner, always focused on the best treatment plan for each patient.

Dr. Baum's training, experience, integrity, and commitment to excellence are unparalleled. He did his ophthalmology residency in New York City where he completed an unusually high volume of cataract surgery. He then completed a 2-year fellowship in cornea, refractive, and anterior segment surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Baum is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and he has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 1997. Dr. Baum and his staff work hard to ensure that patients are seen promptly, have short in-office wait times, and are treated in a professional and compassionate manner.
