Dr. Tad Baum is a board-certified ophthalmologist in Leominster, MA. He has been in private practice since 1998 and in the Leominster area since 2004. As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, he treats a variety of eye diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration. He is recognized by his patients and colleagues as an outstanding cataract surgeon. He also provides eye glasses and contact lens prescriptions, as well as wellness exams. Dr. Baum did his ophthalmology residency in New York City where he completed an unusually high volume of cataract surgery. He then completed a 2-year fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Dr. Baum is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 1997.
